I hate to say I told you so...wait! No! I love it!! SEE!! Your body just spazzed out! But because you are so diligent with your eating, it rewarded you because you're normally much lower on the scale. Keep it up, girl!

3/4 - 138.2 - I am sick and probably pretty dehydrated. Consuming massive amounts of tea with honey today. My throat is on FIRE.
3/5 - 138.2 - definitely still sick, but not dehydrated. I guess the bajillion calories I consumed in honey, toast, and popsicles haven't hurt me
