I took my dog for a short 2 mile run today. My cold has moved south from my nose to my lungs, so running is hard. I'll be breathing very heavily (and coughing in an unpleasant way) without my heart rate being particularly accelerated. It's not that fun and I feel disappointed in myself. Still, I guess 2 miles is better than no miles.
I went to the gym late this afternoon rather than this morning. There were annoying gaggles of young men in the free weight section getting in the way of MY squat rack and favorite weights. I don't know that I'll go at that time again. I'm not at all intimidated by all the men, but it is annoying trying to superset with so many people around.
ANYWAY, 10 min warm up run on the treadmill + FBWO for a total of 367 cals.
