  • Got up at 5am for my 6:45 spin class and completed it. Couldn't manage weights after, but did some ab work. Weights are tomorrow with cardio
  • Still way too much smoke for walking the dogs....did jump on the treadmill for 4.5 miles though.
  • 20 minutes - Couch to 5k Week 2 Workout 2
  • I took my dog for a short 2 mile run today. My cold has moved south from my nose to my lungs, so running is hard. I'll be breathing very heavily (and coughing in an unpleasant way) without my heart rate being particularly accelerated. It's not that fun and I feel disappointed in myself. Still, I guess 2 miles is better than no miles.

  • 25 minutes - Treadmill (2.32 miles)
  • still too much smoke to take the dogs on walks. We did do a short one night before last....just a "poo" walk.

    I have 7.5 treadmill miles in the last 2 days and have exceeded my 100 mile goal for the month. Trying to do a 5K every day.
  • 50 minutes - Couch to 5k Week 2 Workout 3 (4.51 miles)
  • Took the mutts on a 2 miler while the smoke was down...then I added 2.5 on the treadmill before yard work and ash clean up.
  • 3.25 mile run with the dog. 294 cals.
  • I did 3.25 on the treadmill right after an early day at work....some chores...then took the mutts 3 miles.
  • 25 minutes - Couch to 5k Week 3 Workout 1 (2.28 miles)
  • I went to the gym late this afternoon rather than this morning. There were annoying gaggles of young men in the free weight section getting in the way of MY squat rack and favorite weights. I don't know that I'll go at that time again. I'm not at all intimidated by all the men, but it is annoying trying to superset with so many people around.

    ANYWAY, 10 min warm up run on the treadmill + FBWO for a total of 367 cals.
  • 40 minutes today:
    WATP 2 miles
    10 minutes abs on the Ball.
