I haven't been on the site in a while, here is my exercise for Oct so far.
Oct 1st 60 minutes Kickboxing + 60 minutes of Hip hop class
Oct 2nd 60 minutes of Kickboxing
Oct 3rd 60 minutes kickboxing
Oct 4th 60 minutes kickboxing + 60 minutes step class
very tired today. But did manage to get my butt up and take the dog for a 20 min walk...would have gone longer but the mutt seemed tired..or maybe it was just me ????
I'm just getting back into exercise after doing zero for about 3 years.

I had my third fitness training session today with the trainer guy at the gym. I want to lie down for 4 days now.

Had a great exercise day today! For lunch I went to Pump class for 60 minutes and then after work I did a 60 minute kick boxing class. Very proud of myself.
