  • Last night: 43 mins light cardio, split between jogging on treadmill & elliptical: 350 cals.
  • Hmmmm. . . .
    I thought I posted this already.

    50 min elliptical!
  • I haven't been on the site in a while, here is my exercise for Oct so far.

    Oct 1st 60 minutes Kickboxing + 60 minutes of Hip hop class
    Oct 2nd 60 minutes of Kickboxing
    Oct 3rd 60 minutes kickboxing
    Oct 4th 60 minutes kickboxing + 60 minutes step class
  • 2 mile walk today .
  • very tired today. But did manage to get my butt up and take the dog for a 20 min walk...would have gone longer but the mutt seemed tired..or maybe it was just me ????
  • A 3 mile walk with the dogs...a lot of "news" to sniff...one hour!
  • I'm just getting back into exercise after doing zero for about 3 years.
    It's Detroit, I tell you! (no, I don't mean I live in Detroit, I mean I am using Detroit instead of the four letter cuss word that starts with an "H")
    I had my third fitness training session today with the trainer guy at the gym. I want to lie down for 4 days now.

  • 2 mile walk/2 miles WATP
  • Did 60 mins on the treadmill this afternoon. A little over 6 miles and 550 cals. I think that's the farthest I've ever run, so, yay me!
  • I know, I know . . .
    A 13 hour work day doesn't count
    No exercise today kids
  • Had a great exercise day today! For lunch I went to Pump class for 60 minutes and then after work I did a 60 minute kick boxing class. Very proud of myself.
  • 40 minutes - Treadmill (3 miles)
  • Angie took the dogs before I got home from work so I did 3 miles on the treadmill before I fifnished my work-out on ITALIAN! for date night....oops!
  • 45 min elliptical. Still need to do my upper body weights for the old bones!
