    I did 1.5 with the dogs before work this morning and just finished 3 on the treadmill this afternoon.
  • Well, I decided to make today my rest day...rather, mother nature did. Its ok. Its rainy out and I wasn't feeling up to BodyPump. Tomorrow I'm planning on doing my 5k training and either weight circuit or free weights and Saturday more cardio and a BodyPump class before my mom gets in town.
  • Alright. I'm back in business! I did my 3.25 mile run with Dog this morning. I was slower than usual and stopped to walk more than I ordinarily do, but I forgive myself because I'm still a bit stuffy and congested. 309 cals.

  • 1.5 with the "personal trainers" a slow one as they sniffed the morning paper....then 3.5 treadmill miles after work today. Gives me a "cushion" for going out to dinner for date night!
  • Angie and I did our Saturday morning Starbucks walk with the girls. We even had to take a little side trip to the bank for some cash. It is a beautiful morning...so nice to be able to have the opportunity to do things like this....thank you God...thank you TROOPS!
  • Angie ran the girls for 3 miles this morning while I walked 3 miles on the treadmill, watching a Randy Travis Bio.
  • 30 minutes - Strength Training
  • 3 mile run with the dog.
  • I haven't been on in awhile but happy to report that I have been doing my daily exercise and its still paying off. Todays routine is completed.
  • 20 minutes - Couch to 5k Week 2 Workout 1
  • Yesterday I did a 1.5 walk with the mutts then 3.75 on the treadmill. Too much smoke here today, from the fires, for dog walking but I was able to do 3.25 on the treadmill.
  • 10 min warm up run (100 cals)

    I've been sick and haven't done my weights in nearly 2 weeks. My body is going to punish me today. I can already feel my muscles seizing up in protest.
  • 47 minutes - The Bollywood Dance Workout

    Tried out this workout dvd since I'm getting bored with my usual workout routine. It was fun! I might do it again later this week before I return it to Netflix.
