Red face

Walked 2 miles yesterday.

I am cleaning the entire house and doing more laundry today. I work as much a sweat doing this as I do with the WATP's in my living room, lol!

Up North it was Thanksgiving weekend, nothing but housework on Saturday, Sunday was a 60 min walk/jog with dog. Monday it was in the 80's freakishly hot for October in Ontario, but I loved every moment!! I remember years it has snowed on this weekend. Went for a 2 hour bike ride by Lake Ontario, it was awesome! Not sore from the workout but Lord I hate bike seats, I think I bruised by butt

Nah GATORGAL, Angie and I go on Saturday if I am off work or on Sunday if we went to Saturday night service. It is a nice 3.5 mile walk for us and the girls. It is about a mile there then we go the long way home for another 2.5 miles. A little less than a half hour there, a cup of coffee for me, tea and a scone for Angie, water and a cookie for the girls and off we go for the hour walk home from there.

Today I took the girls for a short 1.5 mile walk since it was hot, then did 2 on the treadmill.

I exercised my mouth cussing out a bill collector who keeps stalking and harassing me, does that count? Stipid woman, stalking & harassing isn't gonna make me get the money any faster.
