Hello to everybody and Happy Sunday. Hope everyone has a great day.

GrannyPuttPutt I hope your having a nice weekend. Bravo for keeping trying! It can be hard and can take time to be on a program and schedule, it took me a long time before I finally got going again and I just didn't give up and kept trying. What I found was those times I was trying and doing well on and off prior to this current journey really helped me this time around as I had already been in the process of breaking some habits so that really ended up being helpful. Again, congrats on not giving up! WTG!

Hi and hugs. We start our new week and day tomorrow so let's get ready and get our supplies in place for our meal plans.

If your having a bad day or week don't despair! We must pick ourselves up and keep on going! Regardless if we make our weight goal loss or not, the important thing is that we keep on trying and no day or week is too late! We jump on board when we can and no day is a bad day to do that!

Hugs and for us all for our new week! Let's get ready!

Happy Monday WB and everyone else,

Thanks Granny for the birthday wishes, and hang in there! I had lost a pound but gained it back this morning...after thinking about what I ate on Sunday, it was a bowl of chile that probably caused this, due to all the sodium (makes me retain water). Sometimes if we can identify the problem it doesn't seem like a failure but just metabolism.

Congrats Bslope on your nice loss this week!

I'm going to keep on eating low-carb (which includes low-sugar) and see if I can get the scale moving again!

Andi

Thanks for the encouragement, Andi! And you are right, water retention can do bad things to a girl!!

Conrats on your motivating loss, Bslope!

Hi girls, Happy Monday and day 1 of our new week! Wishing us all a successful new day and start to the new week.

Webwoman thanks you too! Sodium does that to me too. Wishing you a great new day and that goes out to all!

GrannyPuttPutt We found this great huge board, I have yet to start working on it but it really was a neat idea, the Dreamboard!

A big hi to everyone.

I have to go make some more h.b eggs and stock up. It is only in the teens here and luckily I have my ingredients for tonight (beef night) and tomorrow will hit the supermarket for the meal plans the next few days.

We are going to have a warm up this week and it is even going to go in the 50's! Good time to get in an outdoor walk.

Catch up again soon.

Hi ladies, just wanted to report I was feeling the Monday and winter blues today and had to give myself a big push to do my goals, I did my calisthenics and the WII (yes the good ole' tried and true WII, lol) and managed to get myself out of the funk.

Coming off the leg injury,2 months ago I could not do ONE step so today was cool to see how far I have progressed. I will be doing an extra set of work on my right leg to catch it up to speed.

Hope your day is going well and wishing you all a nice evening.

Sorry I'm behind a bit, but I'm on a few challenges and I'm struggling to have the time to update But I am still around!

My goal was to of shrunk my thighs and calf's by an inch. Well, I am hoping that the pain I am in is the start of toning up. I have some severe leg doms after a workout on Friday, then hitting 10,000-13,000 steps all weekend, then hitting the gym twice Yesterday. I am struggling to get onto the toilet My legs are killing

But pain is gain, right?

We will see what the end of the month brings.

Hi girls and Happy Tuesday!
It's so great to read about your meal plans and the preparations you make for them - very motivating! I'm back on track and have the scale moving in the correct direction now. Thanks for the words of encouragement!!

Weekend Boater - I put an old photograph of myself (at a weight and health goal that I'd like to reach again) in the center of my dreamboard, with goals and motivational stuff around it. Then I put it on the mirror of my dresser. I did not have a corkboard or a wall to work with, so I think it's great that you do. My background is a posterboard, decorated with markers and pop up art. So whatever you have can be enough to work with, and if you are "artsy," working on your dreamboard can deter you from eating when you are not truly hungry and are just feeling emotional. Good luck with it!

Good morning all,

Windy and rainy here today, but should be a bit warmer. I lost another pound, but haven't been eating much. My new fitbit came yesterday, but it's not working Maybe customer service can get it going.

Have a great day,

Andi

Good morning ladies hope you all woke up to a good day and have a good new day today! We still have 5 days left to our week including today.

I had my leftover eggplant lasagna last night and def. had too much of it! That's it for beef this week, the rest of the week will be mostly chicken and fish and prob a brunch night maybe Sunday.

Scotsgal on the steps! and the gym! How do you like the gym? Well you went twice in one day so must like it, lol smiling.

Webwoman Did you sort out the fitbit?

GrannyPuttPutt The board for the dreamboard I found is nice and big but it's not magnetic so I have to tape pictures etc. I was thinking maybe I can put them in the spare plastic sheets from the photo album and tape them that way so I don't ruin them. Good idea on working on it during those challenging times and as a distraction! I hope your day is going well.

A big hi to all of you, hope everyone is doing well.........here is to our new day!
