I am back on track today! I feel great this morning after taking a longgg walk, and today I am determined to eat clean and NOT SNACK AT WORK AT ALL. Work is the perfect exercise, especially long shifts like mine is tonight and tomorrow. 14 hours of combined exercise! sounds like an awesome way to melt some fat and drop pounds!
I am going to weigh-in today as I fear what the scale will say tomorrow. TOM starts Thursday, so I'm bloating and retaining water and gassy and generally irritable/emotional. Love being female...

The only good thing about TOM is that I usually drop like 2-4 pounds afterward, so hopefully by next Wednesday I will be almost out of the 220s!
I defo want to be in with this challenge. I'm going to aim for a round 2stone (28lbs) by Valentines Day. I know my boyfriend will treat me and I want to look great for him

still havent weighed in. im planning to be careful tomorrow but not count calories. its too tough with all the homemade foods and i also do want to indulge a little. im not weighing in again til next friday so i should still lose.

i set my original Vday goal when i was still losing a lot every week and i TOTALLY overshot. im adding 10 lbs and aiming for 169.
Scale isn't moving much, but feeling really positive. I've decided to focus on exercise and have committed to exercising at least half an hour every day from now until Christmas. When I was this weight in the spring, I felt so much better than I feel now, and it was all down to how fit and (almost) toned I was getting with my gym going.
Late this summer I started another challenge and was doing great by losing almost half the weight I needed to. Then I horribly sprained my ankle back in September and have been off of it since. I've not only gained back all the weight I lost, but I've packed on an additional 5 pounds. Awesome. I'm ready to get back into gear!
My goal for tomorrow is 222. I finally hit the big 5-0 mark on Sunday, and I'd really LOVE to be 220 by the end of the week, so the goal is 222 tomorrow I ate a ton of salad today, so I think that will clean out my intestines and give me my pound! Can't wait to check in tomorrow.
