crap. Well, I think before i go on any new diet plan, there is one and only one thing i need to be working on right now. Binging after class. I think I’m mistaking my tiredness with hunger. If I get normal portions after class my weight will drop. Then I can start bringing back the gym and cutting out the unhealthy stuff. Slow and steady this time around, that seems like it will work better for me.

my weigh in isnt til wed morning but ive done pretty good this week so im hoping for a loss. lets work hard ladies, itll be here sooner than you think!
Have had a really good week with no cheats, so really looking forward to weigh in tomorrow. However, since joining my slimming club I haven't weighed at home at all, so it leaves me worrying that what I'm doing isn't working and I get very nervous!!!
terrible week. -.02 loss this week. i'm doing a cleanse today and beginning to make meal plans to follow to keep me on track. also went for a long walk this morning. next week will be better!

i have been bouncing between 186 and 184 for a month. i have no idea whats going on. i know my calories aren't too high (1300) and there are some times when i know i slipped up but mostly (including this entire week) ive been completely on plan. im not even recording my weight til next week because its making me insane.
