i was so freaking out this week. i pigged out and figured i gained like 5 lbs. i wasnt planning to weigh til next wed but of course curiosity got the better of me. i cant believe i lost.......

im still up from 2 weeks ago which is depressing, but i was thinking id be like 189 at least

yay I finally saw some loss! i'm cutting breads and pastas and general complex carbs for 3 weeks, and i've lost 2-2.5 pounds already since Monday i've been eating cookies every day this week though :/ and tonight at work i definitely pigged out on some mini-cheesecake squares. ugh! 10 hours of good work-exercise wasted with those like 1000 calories i ate in about 5 minutes! cheesecakes are so my weakness, and when there is an entire room full of leftover catering food at the end of the night, it is hard to say no!! hopefully in the morning the number on the scale isn't a +!

I'm in for this. It sounds like a good semi-long term goal to work towards. My goal is to lose 10kg by Valentine's Day.
