  • I was 222.4 when I woke up this morning. Hoping for 221 tomorrow post-workout!
  • 222 this morning! Worked out this morning too, but had lunch with my mom and didn't have a chance to weigh-in post workout. Excited to weigh-in tomorrow, and planning a long workout to hopefully be in 220.5 post-workout! Goal is 219 by friday!

  • 222 today post-workout. Was perfect on calories today, then went to my cousin's to visit and she was making treats for her staff at work. Needless to say, I ate about 10 chocolate covered pretzels, 2 cookies that I dipped in chocolate, a couple buckeye treats, and a couple hershey kisses with pretzels and melted chocolate. have to stop splurging like this!

    I met my revised end of the year and need a new challenge and Valentine's Day seems perfect!

    12/21/12= 270 starting weight
    02/12/13=260 Valentine's Day goal weight

    Mini Goal is to weigh between 140 and 145 lbs by valentines day. ( 15 - 20 lbs to lose!)
    Overall goal is to weigh between 130 and 135 lbs. ((25 - 30 lbs to lose!!!))
  • 221.6 post-workout. sad that that extra 0.6 is there really wanted to be 221... so mixed feelings today. mostly disappointed :/

  • Kinda feel like weighing in today because I'm afraid of what it will be after Christmas. I'm planning on just avoiding breads and desserts tonight and tomorrow, so I feel like if I can do that I'll be ok!
