168.5 on the scale this morning. I knew it would be bad. Oh well. Back on the wagon.

toobig i quit HA. bright side? you're still in the 160s!! i saw 168 for i think like, 2 days before i ate myself back up to almost 190!

food yesterday: decent. not weighing (scared) lol
bridezillas sister wants to drive up to ottawa on wednesday night - that would give me 6 days in Ottawa, without the studio. i would try to bring running shoes, but that would mean i would be spending 2 nights at the brides house, who eats terribly (She's the lucky girl that's inherited all of my size 16 clothes- which she wears).

Doing a lot of lurking these days ...
Working and taking care of both my parents and father-in-law, and trying to keep my own little family from falling apart leaves little time to be at my pc
... but I just had to pop in and remind some of you who are sometimes frustrated to remember to celebrate how far you've come and feel good about the progress you've made. Sure it's frustrating to have slow progress or even a regain but heck, some of you have lost a small person so be proud of yourselves and just keep on keeping on!

I went over budget today with dinner and then started to eat a bit of birthday cake and ice cream, celebrating for Jason-the hubs. The cake turned out to be dry and not very good so I put it down after a few bites. Yay me! I've been guilty of eating every bite of something I didn't think was very good. So dumb! Back on plan.

I'm new to this community, and not sure how I'll use it, but I do have a September goal, and that is to simply not give up. I need to make that commitment regardless of numbers on the scale. I am still trying to find the right calorie count, and it's a big adjustment after eating whatever I felt like for a long time now. So here goes!

188 this morning.. I don't even want to talk about it. I had a tooth go bad this weekend and was on pain pills until I could get a root canal yesterday, well I guess me on drugs= a lot of junk food!!! and ordering pizza, and Chinese food... ugh with the extra bloat and weight I've gained on top of the swolleness of my face from the 3 hour root canal it's been a rough day anytime I walk by a mirror... back on plan today... hoping i feel good enough to get back to the gym... SOON.

Default Sept goals

Well I just got here so I guess my goals are simple for Sept.

I want to stay on diet until Oct 1st without slipping, would be nice to be able to fit into a smaller pants size but not going to beat myself up if it doesn't happen that fast.

My goal is also to work out at least 4 times a week til the end of the month for 30 mins at a time.

I barely move and start breathing hard in walmart so for me this will be something I will have to push myself to do. Hopefully later on my exercise goals will be more impressive!

129.8 this morning. I have PMDD which brings anxiety for at least a week before & after when I would get my period. I'm on Depo so don't have one anymore, but still have the PMDD. Go figure! Yesterday and today were bad days with anxiety. Why are women so "blessed" with all this stuff?

166 this morning so the water weight from all the crackers came right off. Sometimes I do not know what gets into me.

WELCOME to all the new faces! This is a great place to be for support and advice.

Bridgettedavis- I am glad to see you. I was wondering where you were. Sorry about the dental troubles. Nothing worse

I'm new too and even before officially joining the community, 3FC's already been super helpful to get me committed on this journey. Just browse through the Goal! forum and holy crap I think I cried like 200 calories after seeing the goal pics and was like "I wanna be that!" Got me fired up

Hoping to join the 160s club by the end of September woo!
