Good job on the watch. I need to get my wedding ring resized. Right now I have a bunch of tape wrapped around the bottom to make a spacer. I only want to get it cut down once so I might get one of those temp band things put in it. The tape is getting too thick. lol

Hey Vet: Nice watch brother,...and how about that trim waist! Awesome! The reading I did on the hot peppers was based around content of caspasin (spelling) which is the element that brings home the burn in the peppers. I would imagine all hot peppers would be beneficial although from what I read, the hotter the better! My mouth has been on fire for weeks now...haha!
I am down to 44 jeans now myself and can't wait to get to 40's....not sure I will ever see 38 again in this life but will see. I have belts from before I lost my 100lbs on atkins and before now doing IP... seems you could use them to hold up jeans on a chevy!

Hey Triple D...you are only a 38 waist? Thats great man! I think the waist is the hardest place to lose weight so you have a jump up on that! Sweet!

hyrysk: Dude!!!!! 54 down to 36...WOWZER! You freakin rock man! Thats a small waist brother! Congrats!

Anyone know where JW has been? Hope he is not sitting along a back road someplace with a huge vat of popcorn! We may have to send out the troops to locate him!

Later all...have a great day...
Jake

Awesome. I bought a few inexpensive rings through out the years, the platnium band is in my safe. I had it shrunk down once years ago. No stretching it, I think it needs to be cut.

Jw is an Army reserve on active duty status since the storm. He has been in Alexandria bring supplies to hard hit areas down south, he isn't hitting the popcorn....lol...He mentioned on FB the other day about having a snack so I sent him a message it better be veggies and water...he posted a pic of PALLETs OF water and said he had enough water for a lifetime....he is sticking to plan though so that is good!

Coming out of lurkdom to LOL about you and the hot peppers. My dad grows ~10-12 jalapeno and serrano plants, and just got a GHOST PEPPER plant (aka, the hottest naturally grown plant). My last time down visiting he handed me a huge jalapeno and told me, and I quote "If you have any balls, you'll eat this". We're leaving tomorrow to see them in San Antonio, and I'm scared with his newest ghost pepper plant - I don't even want to smell that thing!

Looks like JW is in for a long weekend. I see that storm has made its way back to the gulf to pick up some more water.

Everyone have a great Thursday
