Mercury- I came across a website on how to make paneer out of cottage cheese and remembered your old thread about protein- so I thought I'd throw that out there for you if you're still wanting/needing more protein.

I am counting the days til I can have a signature! lol The small pleasures in life....

It's boring at work today. Although there keep being these huge rushes and then it's dead for like an hour! (Which is why I'm sneaking on to read the forums.)

My bosses gave me a big piece of chocolate today for St. Paddy's Day but I think I'm going to give it someone to give to their kids.

Have a safe St. Patrick's Day all!

Having a big green salad for lunch (ha) and have corned beef in the oven for dinner. I always thought that would be too pointy but this brisket is 4 oz for 3 points so with potatoes and cabbage it won't be bad at all!

I love WW!

Have a wonderful day, everyone! (I think I'm still riding my endorphin high from earlier - everything is so awesome lol)

today was such a good day... i worked out twice... about 2 hours total while my daughter napped, i had loads of energy, then this afternoon my car wouldn't start..... im so sad.... if its not a simple fix, we probably cant afford to fix it so i probably couldn't go to WW meetings anymore; and have to rely on my husband taking me everywhere again :'(
(yes i snowball very quickly)

Sorry, Jinksie. I hope it's a quick/easy/cheap fix for you. I've had my share of car problems the past year or so and it's such a pain to only have one working car.

That sucks Jinksie... mine hasnt been very reliable either. It wouldnt start the other day but i realized it was because it has been so wet outside with lots of puddles and stuff, that i had gotten the engine "wet" and it needed to dry out. Hope it is just a simple fix for you, i go into panic mode when i dont have my wheels!!

Ok, so I worked out tonight and earned 3 AP! Go me! I also am really full and am going to bed but I still have 12 points left for the day so I guess I did good! I also haven't touched my Weeklies at all, and don't feel deprived or hungry or anything! Whoo!

A client brought two dozen donuts to my work today, and I didn't have a single one!!! I'm pretty proud of myself for that one!

It's 9pm and I still have 10 points left for the day so.... I might have me a Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich!

Oooh! PS- do not buy the new Skinny Cow "peanut butter" ice cream sandwiches. They are absolutely nasty! I ate maybe 4 little bites and then pitched it. And the rest of the container. I was hoping they would be good. It sounded like a great flavor. But it totally sucked. And now I wasted close to $6. I hate wasting money on trying new products and disliking them.

phae, at my meeting this week, they told us to eat as close to our points as we can. 12 seems like alot to be short by... just my opinion. Take it or leave it

side note for me... im a little peckish, but i have a sneaking suspicion that its emotional eating cos im a little bored and sad/annoyed about my car (had it 3 weeks BTW). This happens often around 8. I'd already broken into my weekly/AP by 3 for some pasta so i did well and restrained myself.

2 days in a row there has been a ginormous cake at work and everyone trying to get me to have a peice... "come on, just a liiiiitttttlleee piece! it wont hurt anything". Im like, no... really guys, i just dont want or need it. I said... you guys have no idea how many points that is to me on my program and i certainly wouldnt waste my points on that. I think they felt a little snubbed that i wouldnt even try it. but i feel so awesome that i didnt do it, resisting that stuff to me is letting me know that im making such awesome choices, that i wouldnt have done before! yay weight watchers!

Yes, I've heard this before, and I usually eat within 3-5 of my points every day, but yesterday for some reason I was just not hungry! And I have promised myself to stop eating when I'm not hungry, in order to curb my habit of eating when I'm bored/stressed/etc. or just for the heck of it - that leads to badness.

I will see how today goes... I'm already pretty hungry so I will probably be eating all my Points tonight!! I was even thinking of getting a sub from Subway (one of their "light choices", which are still pretty high in points, but since I haven't used any of my weeklies...).

So happy it's Friday!!!
