Sorry to have not reported yesterday. I swam early then rushed home and sowered. I had my parents over all day the rest of the day. I did my 30! Thank you all for keeping me accountable. We can do it

Wow, so many people are getting it done every day! Who's got the record so far? Has anyone not missed a day in May? Y'all are inspiring... I've missed a bunch of days, but I've done more than I would have otherwise, so thanks to you all.
I'm done for today too... just walking. I'll post yesterday's roll call in a sec.

Yeah, Yeah, for all of us! We can do it.
I did my 30 minutes plus today. I will be trying to walk again for at least 3 minutes. I know that doesn't sound like much but for my size it is a big thing that I am even moving out of the water!
imagine lifting that much weight. When you think about it it is kind of overwhelming
