Well, we are on a pretty darn good roll now. I exercised my 30+ today. Yeah me and Yeah all of you that are doing it too!
For those of you who are still hurt or have not been able to get into the mode yet, Don't give up. You can do it. Even if you move just a little bit is better than nothing. If you are hurt in your lower half then move your upper half! You go girls!

and 1.25 miles around track-I didn't time it, but I know it was more than 13 mins so YES I got my 30 in today
Yeah, I did my 30 + today. Go chicks! I also posted a loss on my signiture of 7 pounds for 1 week. Thank you everyone for sharing and helping me stay op.

sorry I didn't get a chance to post yesterday but I managed to walk for 30 min. and today I did my reg.cardio with wt. training for the upper body.
