I am posting really late for Saturday's exercise. I walked around today for a few hours at my Da's ranch. No swimming or gym but I did move around for a couple of hours as we walked around the property .

Hey Gals! congrats! We're doing great!
I survived the 6 mile walk... was really sore yesterday and this morning but at the moment I feel great. We're going bowling! I might keep the exercise simple and just do yoga for today though...

Well its done, 30 mins cardio and lower body wt.workout and I've lost 1" off my waist and 2" off my hips!!!!

Ok, I did 60 minutes of swimming and 10 minutes of weights for arms. Hang in there everyone. I can tell it is making a difference for me to exercise everyday. I can fit into things that were previously very, very snug.

Whew.... I made it... it was late, but I made myself do it!!! lol 30 mins of aerobics and strength training...
And did I feel it!!! After 2 days of yoga and 'light work' I felt like I was starting all over again!
