Hey guys
hope everyone is feeling tip-top this afternoon
well got the old cardio in with a lower body wt. training session to boot! so I'm good to go!
so everyone hang in there, and just think how good it's going to feel when those jeans just slide over your hips and zip up with ease!

Hello everyone!! Sounds like everyone is doing well!! I have rode my stationary bike 4 miles adn just did 30 minutes on treadmill,weights and Nordiac rider!! I will do my 30 minute walk tonight!!

Hi everyone. I didn't make it to the pool today. I am really tired for some reason. I did manage to ride my recumbant bike for 30 minutes though. Yea! us. We are halfway through our 30 minutes a day in May challenge. Keep up the good work everyone.

HELLO CHICKS!!

Just finished 40 minutes of aerobics and strength training... might go for some lower body yoga tonight... the DVD I have is awesome and is really helping my flexibility and sciatica...

I hope everyone feels 'on form' today! Happy Exercising!

It's done 30 min. cardio and upper body wt. training!!!!!

Ok, where is everyone? I was looking through the posts recently and noticed that we are dropping like flies here. Come on guys you can do it. Lets get back into it. It's not to late. Let's go, Let's go, Let's go!

Sorry to be pushy but were here to motivate each other. Let's see some movement on this exercise challenge. We started out strong, let's finsih that way!

I swam for 60 minutes today so far. I am plannig on doing more.

hows everyone? it's over and done with 30 min's of cardio and wt training for lower! and guess what, I got on the scale today[ I know,I was suppose to wait until mon.] and I'm down 3lbs thats 9 lbs this mt. and it's not over yet!

Hey Gang

So far today 30+ lower body yoga
10 minute strength training...

And now hubby and I are going to try a 6 mile walk!!! to train/test the Walk for Life we're doing on 19 June in London!!!!

everyone, STAY STRONG!!! Be good to yourself and keep moving! I'm thinking about ALL of you and hoping that you're moving that worthy body of yours - anyway you can!
