Did 40 minutes of the same strength training and aerobics DVD today!!! Felt good...

didn't make it today I felt really crappy this morning [it started yesterday] so I took a break today, and I miss it! so tomorrow its UP AND AT THEM!

30 minutes of stair stepping today.. I read a few posts about the urban rebounder (mini-trampoline) and now I want one !! That sure would make exercise fun !!

Hi everyone,

I am so thankful for this thread. I really feel like it is helping me to be accountable to you all. I did 30 minutes of swimming then 30 minutes of working out with water weights today. I am feeling so much better since I started exercising. I can't wait to see enough changes in my body to have my clothes feel looser. It will take a while I'll bet but it is something for me to look forward to.

sorry, I'm late posting but it's done! 30 min. cardio and 30 min wt. training for my lower body!!! can't wait to do my measurements at the end of the mt. that even better than the scale

I did 50 minutes of cardio and strength training for Saturday 14 May 2005. Really sore today... might do yoga or some walking tonight...

Hi all, I finally made it to do some exercise. Sundays are so hard for me to get to the pool so today I walked with a walking tape many times until I got up to 30 minutes. But, at least I did 30.

If you'd like to alternate roll call with someone, let me know! I don't mind, k? As for exercise you WILL get back on the ball! (I can feel it in my water

I did 10 minutes of strength training for Sunday 15 May. I'm going to make that up today with an hour of aerobics and strength training.

Hey guys
how is everyone? well got up and did the "do" 30 min. of cardio and upper body wt training! boy I can really see this body shapeing up!
got on the scale today[not allowed to until next wk.] and I'm up a pound.I've increased the wt. I'm lifting and I can see some B-I-G changes and a lot less flab so it's true, muscle weights more than fat!

Hi everyone. I just got back from the pool as a matter of fact, I am still in wet swimsuit. I did my 30 + minutes of swimming. I hope that you are all doing well and are staying motivated to get rid of the flab. I sure am doing well with the motivation. The Lord Jesus is blessing me with some will power and get up and go to move my body after many years of not moving. Thanks to all of you also for so much support. I couldn't do it without you guys!

Only 15 minutes on the treadmill today.. Had to stop.. I was feeling sick.. Nauseous and achey.. Hope I'm not coming down with something..

Today I did 1 hr + of aerobics, strength training, and lower body yoga... Im a sweaty heap! BUT I MUST SEE THE SCALE DROP A DIGIT OR SO THIS WEEK!!!
