Ugh. My primary exercise this weekend has been sitting in the car, eating and drinking. Not good!

I feel good! I just did the:
Woman's Health- Wedding Day workout
30 minutes Arms & chest and cardio workout.

I love the way it's set up. The have the premade workout's, which is best for me and the custome. I did the premade one. They have them set up for daily workouts so there's structure which is exactly what I need right now in the way that I eat and the way I exercise. They have the premade set up into a Strapless dress workout, or a Waist snugging, short cut. I am going for the strapless even though my dress really isn't all that strapless.

It goes like this:

Mon- Upper body & cardio
Tues- Tummy & core & Cardio
Wed- Lower body & Cardio
Thurs- Upper & cardio
Fri- Lower & cardio
Sat Upper
Sun - rest

Problem will be getting dude to go away for 30 minutes or so on Sat's so I can workout, hehe. Shouldn't be too hard. I may still do my 2 mile neighborhood walk too because I just feel like I should be doing a little more. Even though it was challenging and I DID sweat.

I signed up for the gym last week. I'm going 5 days a week and I love it. It's a women's gym (it's just like Curves but it's called Pace Fitness) It's a Hydraulic Circuit of machines and as well they have exercise bikes. I've gone from NEVER exercising to exercising regularly and I already feel better.

Hi, New here...I'm kicking myself into high gear this week. I want these last five pounds off by Nov. 10th!

Monday- Elliptical for 30 minutes, weight circuit for 30...I incresed weights on some machines, and I felt it.

Tuesday- I had planned to do the 4:50 BodyJAM class followed immediately by BodyPUMP. But I decided to start a 7 weeks to a 5k program, so I did Day 1 on the treadmill before BodyPump. Warm up walk(5 minutes), then 25 minutes of 3 minutes running/2 walking, and then a short, 3 minute cool down(Had to get to the exercise room). At BodyPump, I upped my weights and I feel it!

Wednesday- My 5K program says to Cross train and I'm a little sore from yesterday. I'm thinking 30 on the elliptical and I may try out this ski-esque machine I noticed for 10 or 15. I think I need to up my cardio to get the flat stomach I want! Probably no weights, maybe some lower abs cause I feel like we didn't work them yesterday.

Thursday- 5K training and BodyPump.

Yesterday, I just did cardio as I was a bit sore from BodyPump Tuesday. 30 min. elliptical, 15 on the treadmill, walking at an 8 incline at 3.5 mph...I could probably speed that up. Today is supposed to be 5K training day and BodyPump.

Unhappy

Ok, not sure what I've done here but about 5 minutes before my workout, I managed to pull something in my back. I puffed my inhaler as to not have an attack during exercise, put my hair up and I have NO idea how but suddenly my lower back is freaking KILLING me. So, here I sit, ibuprofen taken and heating pad on the back wondering WTH?! I hate when this happens. Guess I'll have to take a day of rest, grrrrrrrrr....

I'm doing pretty well with cardio, it's strength training I tend to want to avoid, but I did what I planned this am, an express circuit (8 machines set up together) even though I was tempted not to. I got up extra early to make sure it happened.
