Ok everyone get out on the and switch off that damned TV and unglue your butts from the sofa

This is Kickboxing instructor Frus yelling at you! Yeehaw!
I had a class full of tinies last night! I was sharing them with a proper black belt dude but it was such fun and scary, but now I am looking forward to next week!

Exercise for yesterday, run at lunch, kickboxing class (teaching) then weights when I got home, no wonder I feel a bit pooped! Proper kickboxing tonight, I'm really in the mood for a kick-*** workout!

Apart from that... not a lot else!

I did watch Life on Mars last night, but that was after I went to the gym! And I went to the gym at lunch as well for Core Body class, which I love. Yay for fitballs! I feel abs, boy do I feel abs. It only hurts when I laugh.

I'm about to go to a horrible meeting and I don't want to go!

Today I got through work without chocolate. First time since Christmas, so we have progress

It's three years to the day since I had my ankle reinforced with lots of metal, so I gave it an anniversary treat with a nice run this morning, then I bought a yoga mat for my new class. I actually got a pilates set because it came with some other stuff, and it was free with my Advantage points so I didn't feel like I was spending more money than I needed on it. I like using points rather than spending money...

Grr. I turned the bottom oven on by mistake and put my stuffed peppers in the top oven. The bottom oven doesn't even work so I don't know why I went for that dial!

Well done on the chocolate, I had three bits of Old Gold, but I was mega stressed, so that was good going, the old me would be home now eating a family size block of dairy milk.

Happy anniversary ankle! You've done so well with that!

Not good with the oven, I'm glad I only have one, I am really dappy with electrical things, especially after work!!!

I was going to kill Jackie's husband. Fancy eating Christmas dinner like a pig in front of her like that. And the way he spoke about her when he is morbidly obese himself. As much as Col can be a dh sometimes (and we're not talking dear heart here) he has given me so much support through all this.

That liposculpture is just nasty! Yuck! I could not have that done under a local anaesthetic no way on God's sweet earth!

More core body ab exercises for me, ok it may not help the lose skin, but it isn't going to do me any harm trying!!!! I don't want those consultants let loose near me!!!!

I was really lucky I had no excess skin whatsoever when I first lost weight and no stretch marks. Have to say one thing I hate about being slimmer is that I lose all my boobs.

I know I wanted to smack him. He pays for her operation but then does nothing whatsoever to support her. he doesn't have to cook in front of her.

You are a much nicer person than me, I was thinking a hammer over the head (except I'm too short to reach) rather than a slap! Idiot!

My tummy looks pretty scary at the moment, I have 60lbs or so left to lose, but I would rather buy a pair of fat pants or a big bikini top, as I scar really easily, and when I had my gallbladder removed, I had a huge keloid scar that really hurt. As I have lost weight it's moved miles!!! And is no longer keloid, and doesn't hurt, I used to get stabbing pains right into my stomach. I don't want to take the risk of more scarring.

I am so lucky with my arms, they are nearly "normal" already, and I don't think I'll have any lose skin, yay weight training, and only God can help my thighs, they area disaster, but hopefully the muscle will save them at least a bit. I don't want to be perfect, I just want to be healthy, and look ok in a pair of nice jeans!!!

Ugh that show sounds awful I was flipping through channels last night just in time to see a girl sticking the handle of a toothbrush down her throat and puking into a zip lock bag!!!! god its amazing how much the human stomach will hold I quickly turned that off i'm not into watching bulemics do their thing even though I feel sorry for them

Sorry Frus..was'nt here to get my orders been out job searching, now that Christmas is over the store has quietened down and everyone's hours have been cut drastically some are only getting one shift a week 7 hours!! How are you supposed to eat off that? i've got 14 this week and 12 next week i'm glad I got the time off work now to go home otherwise i'd have worked every hour they asked me to do and still had my hours cut in January At least this way I skived out of the busy period

Nice one cat!

All your TV programs sound ghastly! I'm glad I was out kickboxing! Hurrah! Got our asses whooped well and truly! It was a mega hard back to it, not slacking kinda class! I was put against this one tiny 4 year old kid, well my boxing gloves are bigger than his head and the poor thing looked like he might wet himself! Bless!

I had whole milk yesterday for the first time in ages (at least 5 years!) and it was YUMMY! I was lacking on fat, so I decided to buy whole milk for my protein shake!
