Let's try this again
Sw: 245.8
Cw: 243.8
Gw: 238.0

Weight loss of 7.8 lbs total. I don't trust my personal scale, it gives me different numbers even when I get off and get right back on... So I'll only use my weight watchers weigh in amounts

July 3: 188.6/-3.4 lbs. (I'm experimenting with lowering my carb levels so I'm sure most of this is water weight)

I want to lose another 7 pounds for July.

SW: 212.9
GW: 205.9

I would be THRILLED to be 205 or under at this point as I want to be out of the 200s by the end of summer vacation or Labor Day.

7/01: 214.1 (+1.2) What a great start - already up 1.2 pounds from yesterday!
7/02: 213.7 (+0.8) Grrrr.
7/03: 212.3 (-0.6) Much better - darn scale!

I have a sneaking suspicion I will be gaining some water weight before this holiday weekend is completed. So many parties and picnics. Trying to stay positive and stick with protein as the focus of my meals and munching (though I did get into the peanut m&ms at my cousin's... oooops!

Not Gardenjoy, but I'm sure she would say yes... it's only the 3rd and people have joined much later than that in previous months!

Congrats to you BTW and welcome back!

Hello Everyone, I'm back and am in for 5 lbs for July!

I last posted at the end of April when I felt like i was practically finished. I had gotten comfortable and finally went out and bought a bunch of new clothes. In June I got married and lost focus on my diet and exercise for a few weeks and was reminded how easily and quickly the pounds return. I have refused to step on the scale for a few weeks, but finally bit the bullet this morning. It isn't as bad as I'd feared, I didn't gain as much as I feel like I gained. It is funny though how heavy I feel after having made it down to my low two months ago. I guess it is all relative. That and the new clothes I bought make me feel like i'm squeezing in to them - not good and time to take control back!! I've caught up on this thread, great to see familiar faces here as well as new faces! Good luck everyone, lets rock July!!

SW: 144.4
GW: 139.4 (-5)

Jul 4: 144.4

Whoa. I'm stoked! I know part of this week was water weight, but I'm also two pounds under my previous low weight. 189 should be a cinch!

nonameslob: we're all over the place on how often we weigh and post. If you haven't tried daily weighing, it's an interesting exercise -- eventually, it can become just data and not a judgment on our worth as a human being. Very helpful!

starfaerie82: My plan for today's family potluck is "no snacks, focus on the veggies, tiny servings of everything else." That's worked for me in the past.

PintSizedTerror: Yep! If you join today, you'll be on the initial list of challenge participants. If I'm not too tired, I'll make it tonight. It's never too late to join! We had a couple of successes last month with people who joined for the last week!

Woodstock: best wishes on your marriage! Good for you for getting back to what works when the time was right for you.
