My goals for this months
- lose 5 lbs

- 4 hrs of working out a week (or 4 times a week)

- eating according the nutritionist's suggestions. Thats 30 carbs one meal, 30 carbs another and 45 another always combined with a protien. Snacks are 15 carbs and combined witha protien.

I've been on track with eating since Tues. Working out I need to pick up the slack.

I am new to this forum but I am ready to share my weight loss process as I begin it. I am ready to be fit for the summer and enjoy living in my body. A healthier and happier me is most important, losing weight isn't about what others think of me, but more of what I think of myself.

1.2.11 - WO @ home w/ 40 min cardio on gazelle and 15 min bis/tris using free weights
- burn ~ 280 calories
1.3.11 - no WO
1.4.11 - WO @ Stevens Gym w/ 40 min cardio on elliptical & bike and 10 min brisk walk to train
- burn ~ 430 calories
1.5.11 - no WO
1.6.11 - no WO
1.7.11 - WO @ LA Fitness w/ 20 min ST on legs and 30 min cardio (10 bike & 20 elliptical)
- burn ~ 420 calories
1.8.11 - WO @ LA Fitness w/ 30 min ST chest and back and 20 min cardio (elliptical)
- burn ~ 400 calories

Okay, so far I have moved 130min out of my goal of 310min for the month.
I have also done 5 of 28 watp dvds for a total of 8miles walked so far.

Here's my January so far:

1. Shabbat -- no exercise, didn't even take a walk
2. Walked to work, 3 kms, no gym, got a ride home = 3 kms
3. 6 kms walking, 5 kms elliptical = 11 kms
4. 6 kms walking, 5 kms elliptical = 11 kms
5. Just 3 kms from last night, raining today so I took the bus to work and skipped the gym
6. Slipped and fell on my coccyx yesterday, looks like no walking for a few days.
7. I managed to slow walk 4 kms, but it hurt!
8. Shabbat -- rainy and giving my sore coccyx a rest.

This makes 32 kms so far.
