  • My goals are: 4 days cardio, 2 days ST'ing every week starting 1/3

    I can't worry about minutes right now since the new dvd I got is only 26 minutes and does both cardio and ST. It's a challenge to fit it in as I get used to working again.

  • Just finished my yoga for today - I thought I didn't want to, but when I feel it's part of my nightly routine, I can stick with it. And I feel better now that I've done it.

    1. Shabbat -- no exercise, didn't even take a walk
    2. Walked to work, 3 kms, no gym, got a ride home = 3 kms
    3. 6 kms walking, 5 kms elliptical = 11 kms

  • My exercise goals for January are:

    -Get up early and to the gym at least 3 weekdays each week at 45min/day
    -Walk during work at least one day each week for approx 30 min
    -Do situps/pushups on my excercise ball during one show I watch a week
    -Play one of my workout Wii games at least twice a week

    I made it to the gym yesterday (woo!) and also played the Michael Jackson experience last night, so I am on my way!

    My new revised goal is to do a watp dvd everyday from january 4th to the 31st = 28 days.

    So far I on track: 2 miles yesterday, 1 mile today. 2/28 done.

    Minutes wise I am aiming for 310min of planned exercise this month. As of today I am at 55/310. This was my original goal for the month and my minimum goal.

  • OK, I haven't signed onto this site for a year, and lo and behold, another January finds me a bit squishier than I'd like! Aaaaand, upon signing in, I found my weight and goals were exactly the same last year. So, my new goals:

    5 hours of exercise a week (300 min a week = 1200 min for the month)
    Only 1 sweet treat a day (yes, that's an improvement -- you can imagine how bad it got!). I'll write in my minutes, and denote with a if I was able to stick to a food goal.

    Jan 5 Pilates (45 min) plus 25 min elliptical

    Jan 7 Spin class, 60 min. Got kinda bingey.
