OK, I haven't signed onto this site for a year, and lo and behold, another January finds me a bit squishier than I'd like! Aaaaand, upon signing in, I found my weight and goals were exactly the same last year. So, my new goals:
5 hours of exercise a week (300 min a week = 1200 min for the month)
Only 1 sweet treat a day (yes, that's an improvement -- you can imagine how bad it got!). I'll write in my minutes, and denote with a
