Shy - LOL - I LOVE it! Actually - you are on to something. Individualized plans are the only way to go. And we are such a selfish society that a plan where "I eat whatever I want - I don't want for any little thing" would definitely get some attention from folk! I'm thinking the Rennie plan might catch on

Doing fine here - too busy at work and with church activities. I DID clean the pantry this weekend so that I can actually find ingredients if/when I have time to cook from scratch again. The good news? I found most of my spices and whole-grain flours. The bad news? I also found my stash of European extra-dark chocolate
