I have been seeing quite a few posts about the show I can make you thin. You know " I have been thinking " I have an " I can make you thin plan ". It is called the " Rennie plan " and it works for me so OF COURSE it has to work for you lol. If you are interested I will send you my " Rennie plan " for the unbelievably small price of 19.99 plus shipping and handling lol. For a LIMITED TIME you will also receive an egg separator that works most of the time.

Terapet
Glad you had a nice time. We were asked to go out this weekend. I thought about getting dressed, doing my hair, putting on a pair of heels and then doing my makeup. That seemed like a lot of work to go out and have " fun " lol. We sat and watched tv and ate pop corn instead lol. Now if you could do good on vacation you can sure do good now. Get your bum to the Y and get back on track

kari
I can remember baby sitting so my kids had other kids to play with. The money was great, the kids having others to play with was great. I was so glad when those kids moved lol.

I stepped on the scale this morning and I'm thrilled to report that I have not gained nor lost a single pound during this entire 17 day rollercoaster ride! Considering what I eat and how I eat I'd say thats fantastic news! Plus AF should be here any moment so I'm pretty happy!

That is terrific. You have been going through so much I wouldn't have been surprised if the scale wasn't kind. I am proud of you.

Kari
It isn't truth that hurts. It is putting up with kids that won't even wipe their feet that hurts lol.

Ideal
Two weeks on an infomercial and I would be rich lol.

Here are a pics of my last hook rug.

Quick fly in to say hello. Melissa - prayers continuing. Keep us posted and let us know if there is anything you need.

Diva - great job with the loss! Keep it going!

Kari - way to go getting back on track and not letting the birthday derail you!!!

Muse - glad to hear you are still losing! I'm maintaining this week but that is better than a gain! Maybe my body is just catching up and getting ready for the next challenge?

TERAPET - kick it back into gear girl! You can do it. It DOES feel good to get back in the groove (I have the same probleme when I travel and get out of my routine). Go girl! You can do it!

Shy - LOL - I LOVE it! Actually - you are on to something. Individualized plans are the only way to go. And we are such a selfish society that a plan where "I eat whatever I want - I don't want for any little thing" would definitely get some attention from folk! I'm thinking the Rennie plan might catch on You are doing great on the Rennie plan too. You are a shining RED star and I'm happy to be on your team!

Doing fine here - too busy at work and with church activities. I DID clean the pantry this weekend so that I can actually find ingredients if/when I have time to cook from scratch again. The good news? I found most of my spices and whole-grain flours. The bad news? I also found my stash of European extra-dark chocolate

After I make a mint on the " Rennie plan ". Then I will start to advertise the " you can do what you want plan". Hey, do you get tired of everyone telling you what to eat? Do you feel you are being picked on and put down every time someone says why not eat the required amounts of the four basic food groups? HAVE I GOT A PLAN FOR YOU. The YOU CAN EAT WHAT EVER YOU WANT PLAN. Yes, you heard me right. Eat what ever you want when you want. What do you have to loose. Sure not weight lol.

Hi Red Team. I am happy to report I am on the downward trend finally. After losing and gaining the same 2 pounds, I weighed in at a solid 193 today and I did everything right today. I watched portions, and the cheat I had was nixed by my awesome workout at the gym. I am adding more mileage to my runs after forcing myself to run that 3FC 5k this past weekend and it seems to have helped me in a lot of ways. I sucked wind big time running that 5k and it pissed me off enough to get me re-motivated. I've got 9 weeks to lose as much as I can before DH gets off a plane from Iraq. He hasn't seen me in 11 months (when he gets off the plane) and I want this to be a jaw dropping reunion just like on the show. So I am refocusing and I already feel lighter, not just in weight but in spirit. It's good to challenge myself. I think I had sort of given up and was content to be under 200. But it's not good enough.

I hope to check in later this week and tell you I am a LOSER this week even though we're not officially weighing in until the next challenge!!!

Hey ladies! Well I have been MIA the last few days, things just seem to get busier and crazier around here. On the plus side I am down 2 lbs as of today, the 2 lbs I gained last week. lol But official WI isn't until Monday, so we'll see what happens then. Can't wait for the next challenge to start. I am going to kick some bootie this time around. I want to be skinnier for summer.
Mel~ how is DH doing? I hope it's improving. How are you doing with all of it???

Hey you got that two pounds off that is terrific. This is the busy time of the year. Windows to wash, yards to get cleaned. Try to squeeze a little time in for us
