Kari...way to go on the loss!!! That is excellent news! DH is doing so great they may just let him come home early next week. He got the feeding tube taken out this morning, so now its all just how well he can tolerate food, starting slow on liquids and working him up to a low fat diet. Thanks so much for asking!

Today is my official weigh in day and I am at 192.0 so yay! Last Friday I was 195 and with all this running in the last week it has really helped me I think! I would be super happy to be out of the 190s before May so I am not as stressed out to get to 180 by June 1st. My goal for DH's visit is 175, so I am happy to be ahead at any point just in case I hit a wall in any of these weeksn. But I don't think I will with all this running! I have done 11.25 miles this week alone

I am excited for the next challenge to start. I want to help the team this time with bigger numbers. I would DIE if I continues to lose 2-3 pounds a week! How awesome would that be?

191 today! I feel a million times better being 9 pounds away from 200. I still let myself cheat here and there but I upped my exercise and I balance the rest of my eating each day so I am not eating too many calories and it's like magic! I can't wait to see 190 then 189!

Went up a pound and a bit overnight, but I did eat some greasy fair food (but not too much) at the spring fair yesterday. No matter, I have eaten quite light today and just finished a 5k run and burned over 600 calories (with warm up, cool down and stretching) so I think I should be back to my 191 by tomorrow or Tuesday at the latest!

Woo Hoo! Well In Jan I could run 1 minute at a time and now 3.5 months later... I ran for 60 minutes with no breaks today. Pretty empowering!

Weight wise this was not a good week I'll be lucky if I maintain.
