Great Wi 's everyone! I love that it seems like most of us have a wed or Thurs anniversary date. It gives me a feeling of momentum to see everyone posting their losses too!

If that doesn't help, I take one of my chocolate pudding mixes, some Walden Farms peanut spread, and my morning cold coffee. I whirl it through the blender with ice until it is very fine (sometimes I add WF chocolate sauce).

Then I set it in the freezer for a little bit and I have a very cold, tasty treat.
Can we have the WF Peanut Spread?

Kellimomo3,

Thank you, for the reply. It is really nice to know that I am not the only one who is having this happen. I am hoping tomorrow is much better.

Do you make the Cappuccino as directed or put the powder in your coffee?

My schedule changed for today and tomorrow went from 2/10 to a 5/1 three hours doesnt seem like a big difference but when you have a schedule and routine it messes it up a bit. Also working in a different venue and didnt know when id get a break. So instead of my cappuccino shake I usually have for breakfast I had lunch chicken soup and broccoli. Made me so nauseous. .. not used to having food like that so soon after waking up. However I wasnt hungry throughout my shift. I had a shake and bar during the shift and chicken stirfry when I got home. Im thinking tomorrow I will try it again, maybe wake up earlier and wait a lil longer to see if I get the same results. Good news im excited fir my weigh in/ measurements on Saturday, even though my weight has been the same then up then down this week due to t.o.m. (im guessing water weight) my smaller pants id bought are so loose I can almost pull them up and down without unbuttoning/unzipping them hope to have some good inches lost

Anyway, I just weighed in and I had lost 5 pounds in two weeks! Very, very happy with that result. I was so afraid I would gain. Any loss is super!

I make a K-cup of coffee on the smallest cup setting to get a STRONG cup of java...then actually add a few more oz of hot water with instant decaf coffee dissolved in it to get a rich drink that fills my insulated to go mug.. It is good hot or cold...I reheat slowly, stopping and stirring a few times in the microwave if it is to be hot because I really like my coffee hot... Can also do this with vanilla or chocolate drink mix...all three were staples of my morning ritual. But like so many, the cappuccino was always the fav!

Choc and vanilla make a mean mocha java or vanilla latte! Those were super in the blender with ice in the summer.

I am not an expert so please do not take my word for the gospel according to IP.

The clinic had no problem with it and it is 0/0/0 - it actually has no carbs, no fat, no calories, no nothing - including TASTE!

However, it does add flavor to a shake although I would never eat it plain because my reaction is that it is pretty nasty plain.

For anyone like me who loves concocting coffee treats - if you are near a Trader Joe's, they sell a bottle of Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate. This is a quick and easy way to throw in some of that delicious coffee!

I also rely on pickles to help take the edge off sometimes. Dill pickles, as well as there are sweet, sugarfree "Bread and Butter" pickles, if you can find them, made with sucralose.

So, do you need to use the shaker to mix the cappuccino in well enough? If adding to hot coffee, do you add the coffee to the powder, or the powder to the coffee? Or do you have to cool the coffee, then reheat it? Can't believe a little drink mix like this has me stumped! I just don't want to ruin a packet by experimenting - too expensive!

Happy Friday Everyone!! So, my 4th WI is today!! I feel like I should have a good one, at least the way my clothes are fitting - much looser. Hope it shows on the scale, but if not, I think I'll still be fine with it - after all, if I had to choose, I'd rather be SMALLER than LIGHTER

It's important to remember that s/f gum often has 1 or 2 carbs in it! So eating too much of it during the day ups your carb count and can change your weight loss!

I too love to have a 'mocha' shake, often I have this for my snack … I use either the 'chocolate drink' or the 'dark chocolate pudding' (it's thicker) and add about 6oz water, 1 tsp instant coffee and a few ice cubes … it's wonderful, thick and frothy

Looks like everyones a big looser this week, yayyyyy for US

There are 2 different products
Walden Farms peanut spread and PB2
WF is 0/0/0 and most clinics are okay with it
PB2 isn't okay for p1
Just making sure nobody confuses the two
LOL @ no taste! I've never purchased. But I've heard...

Midgie Moon- I was just in Carroll county today for a Field Hockey game!
Awesome, my daughter played for Westminter High or 3 years, and is now in her first year at La Salle University in Philly. Carroll County has excellent field hockey teams!!! Go Lady Owls!
