Got the specs on my race. clock time was 2.21
and chip time was 2.18

My friend wants to run another one may 30th. Maybe. It is over the Brooklyn Bridge-- sounds neat. I feel like that was the best time I could acheive and I don't want to do worse. Silly reason to avaoid a race, huh?

5 mile run today, also-
2 mile stroller walk with my kiddies.

KITTY it isn't always about the time on the clock! If I had quit doing my 5K's when I started getting slower then starting to walk them I would have quit a long time ago...missing a lot of great memories and times with my wife and family...and dogs too! Plus I am sure I would have turned those non-5K's into "weight"...get your butt across that bridge!!
