Thanks for the answer about the scales. I get compulsive about it too. Does anyone else move the scales around and redistribute your weight to get the needle to move down a little? This, of course, is after stripping and emptying the bladder!

I've lost a little motivation recently. I've had some stress with a moody husband and just want to stuff myself! Plus, I can't get myself to the Y or even walking much. I'm a little depressed, too, because we have so much work ($$$) to do on our old house (a little Victorian) that we're going to rent out. I'd like to just sell it and simplify life, but we're in an up-and-coming neighborhood and DH wants to wait a couple of years. Just too much to do and I feel like curling up into a fetal position. blah. Hugs and lots of will power to all of you struggling to get below 200!!!
