CFM, so close! You can do that!

DG, I'm glad somebody's losing! I've been stuck at 184.6 for 3 mornings in a row, but it's TOM, plus I had a good lifting session last night, so I'm actually surprised it didn't go up again!

Kitty, I'm on the POP wagon today. Let's do this thing! Speaking of, I'd better drink a bottle of water...ack!

FB! Sorry to hear about your back pain...will the chiro be able to keep it in place? Hope you don't have to be laid up! (the horror! )

Okay, I've got to go finish my chores, and the dogs are done with breakfast and naps, so it's time to turn everybody loose in the house for the midday session of lounging on the waterbed and fighting over dog toys. My boy is still at his friend's house...he never is in a hurry to come home, because they have lots of kids to play with over there, plus he can go blind on video games and nobody tells him to go play outside, not like his mean old mom!

Hey Gals!

POP here as well! I plan on staying that way for a long, long time!!!

I can't believe tomorrow is the last day of the year! 2008 has been a good one. I didn't have my act together the first half of the year, but August till now has been life changing and wonderful! Here's to a fantastic 2009 for all of us!

Originally I said 75 pounds gone was my New Year's Goal. Today I'm at 79 so I'd love to round out the year with an 80 pound loss!

FB - Ouch! Take good care of that neck! Good job getting the exercise in before you were in too much pain. Catfish for breaky? Whatever works for ya.

Kitty - Good Job staying OP! Where is the jet plane taking you tomorrow? I wanna be somewhere warm!

DG - Keep up the awsome POP work!

CFmama - You are going to loss that one pound and achieve your goal! I just know it!

Jam - You are always busy, busy, busy. How old is your boy? I have two little fellas (3.5 years and almost 2 years)

Kali, BBB & anyone I missed- Hi!

I'm going to get the little guys ready for bed and then hopefully relax a bit. I'm in a little bit of a mental funk today and need to find my way out of it. Darn monthly hormones.

Toodles for now....

Yay! The year's almost over, but my weight loss journey is still just beginning! POP today, so happy!

FB - sorry to hear about your back! Take it as easy as you are willing to go!

jamm- good on you for maintaining!

barb - good luck with that one pound! I bet you can do it!

CFmama - go for it! I'm cheering for you! It's possible I'll reach my goal, but if i don't, i'll cheer everyone else on harder!

Hey CC challenge chicks!

FB-- hope you're feelingg better The jeans are Levi tilted 504s. known at Kohl's as skinny straight. They are fitted but not skin tight and the bottoms are straight- not flared or tapered-- like straight? y'know??

Barb-- sunny Florida calls

Jam, bbb, dgramie, kali, cfmama-- send me some POP vibes. I'll settle for mostly OP.

Down to more comfortable place on scale. Trying to avoid weight gain.

Happy New Year in advance

xo spitty kitty

Good evening, ladies!

POP today, even got my water in. Did my new upper body workout tonight. Might need some tweaking. I tried 5x5 (5 sets of 5 reps) for most exercises, but sheesh, it took for freaking EVER because of all the rest between sets. I can see why the cookie cutter strength programs only have about 3 exercises per workout...it's so you don't die of old age trying to get through one workout. Anyway, some adjustments needed there.

I'm wiped, so I'll leave the individual for tomorrow. Planning to set my alarm and get my lazy butt up at the crack of OMG like I'm supposed to. Probably will miss skating tomorrow night, since I've got a client flying in late who will be picking up her dog. That means I need to put running in place of that. I think I'll just get up and do it first thing in the morning. That's easier for me, since by the time I wake up, it's almost over.

DG, 82 lbs is an amazing accomplishment!

Let's stick with the POP day today, ladies! My weight came down 0.6 today, so it's moving a little! 184.0 was the official number this morning. I just realized that tomorrow is the 3FC 5K!

I everyone, just checking in to let you all no, I am still here. I made my New Year Challenge goal weight a couple of weeks ago, and was hoping to be down even more by now but, I didn't do so well with my eating the week of Christmas. I didn't lose anymore, but I didn't gain either, just held my own. I am now POP, as everyone is saying.

Looks like every one else is doing great. Congratulations to everyone on there 2008 losses, and even maintaining. Here's to an even better 2009. I have been thinking about a personal goal for myself for Valentines day.

Happy New Year Everyone.

Wilma

Hey ladies - just checking in for the challenge. I made my goal but didn't surpass it (even though I made goal like 2 weeks ago) due to just maintaining over the holidays but it still feels really good and it's great to know that I didn't regain!

I'm looking forward to working my way down the 200's in 2009!

Wilma and Rodeo, WTG with meeting your NYE goals and maintaining over the holidays!
I gained a few, myself.

Rodeo, you get the highly coveted Flamey Award, for making it into the 200s this year!

Today was OP for eating, drank my water...I've been measuring out 20 oz, then pouring it about 2 oz at a time into a glass and drinking that. I really struggle with drinking water when I'm not in the middle of working out, but I can face 2 oz at a time, lol. Still need to do my running, which I will do at 8 pm. Just sent the last of the boarding dogs home, and have been working on the house and projects all day, also had a nice visit with my sister C for a couple hours today after lunch...so I'm taking a break to read a little of my new library book, and drink my tea, then I will crank the tunes and get my run in. Might do my 5K tonight, actually.
