OK, so no exercise this weekend. There are a couple reasons for this, though. First, my house is a nightmare with all of the wedding gifts...to the point where I can't use my kitchen. No kitchen = poor food choices. Second, having a mess of a house ruins my routines and stresses me out. So I see this as a choice - one weekend with no exercise, where I buckle down, do my spring cleaning, and get my wedding stuff put away, or several weeks of being stressed out and having problems with my routine.

That being said, if you clean for 12 hours, re-organize, assemble furniture, box up old stuff, put away new stuff, etc...its hard work! Being that I've hardly sat down all day, I think I'm good.

Off to scrub the shower, then finish unpacking from the honeymoon and onto washing the kitchen/bathroom floors and neatening the pantry.

Good job, Amanda. Hope your house is all spic and span

Today: 5 mins elliptical; 26 mins treadmill. (300 cal). I had a stitch today and couldn't seem to power through it. I don't usually get a stitch and I'm not sure what I did to deserve one. So only 30 mins cardio

25 mins upper body strength training. (140 cal).

Walked 2 miles today. I wanted to do more but I got very little sleep last night and have no energy.

Gods you ladies are really inspiring me to get moving. I enjoy working out but I had to stop in January due to major surgery. I am back at the gym, doing my eliptical for 40 minutes, 4x a week, but I just haven't felt motivated for weights. I'm getting back on them ASAP. Thanks!
