  • 20 minutes - Pilates
    40 minutes -Treadmill
  • 60 elliptical
  • 20k bike ride, 1 hour
  • Today was a bit of a bonus workout--I'm tired and sore and would have taken the day off but I had my body fat test and had to go to the gym anyway.

    25 mins treadmill (stitch again!!!)
    20 mins elliptical
    15 mins upper body (pretty half-a$$ed, actually)
