  • im there! I already met my weekly goal of 215 minutes, so now I'm geared up for the next week!
  • 40 mins - Treadmill
  • 45 min run...felt good to get out and do something different!
  • 44 mins treadmill (400 cals).
    Taking a break from lifting today because I'm anticipating a very busy night of waitressing and will need my legs to be working properly.

    New Milestone: I ran a mile today! Without changing speed at all--I stayed at 6.5 the entire time. I've never run a mile before. Yay me!
  • 40 mins - Treadmill

    New workout dvds coming soon. Last time I'll have to force myself to use the treadmill, I hope!
  • 50 min LB/abs focused (with a little arm thrown in) strength training
  • 3 mile run
  • 60 hardcore minutes on the elliptical
  • 2.9 mile run
  • Had a great 9.15k run this morning only the second one this week and it felt awesome... After my run I hopped on my bike and did 17k... It's going to be a good day
  • Rest day - but I'm going fishing tonight, and that always works my arms.
  • Rest day for me, too. But I took my dog on a 30 minute walk and bought a bike at a yard sale along the way! I haven't owned a bike since I was a kid. Very exciting! I'm waitressing tonight--that always burns a few calories.
  • 20 minute hike.
