Taking a break from lifting today because I'm anticipating a very busy night of waitressing and will need my legs to be working properly.
New Milestone: I ran a mile today! Without changing speed at all--I stayed at 6.5 the entire time. I've never run a mile before. Yay me!

Had a great 9.15k run this morning only the second one this week and it felt awesome... After my run I hopped on my bike and did 17k... It's going to be a good day

Rest day for me, too. But I took my dog on a 30 minute walk and bought a bike at a yard sale along the way! I haven't owned a bike since I was a kid. Very exciting! I'm waitressing tonight--that always burns a few calories.
