My new favourite thing is the "Heart Rate Control" setting on the treadmill. I just set it for 155 and the thing adjusts its speed and incline to keep my heart rate up. Nice!
Does coughing up ones lungs count as exercise? LOL! Hopefully I can get back on the exercise track next week, the Wonderful dude of my life passed on some sort of flu-like bug, isn't he sweet? sigh....
