    45 minutes - Yourself! Fitness Cardio Workout

    First time using this and I love it. Really felt like I got a workout.
  • 3 mile run (32 min) and 40 min elliptical
  • 16 mins elliptical
    17 mins treadmill

    30 mins upper body

    My new favourite thing is the "Heart Rate Control" setting on the treadmill. I just set it for 155 and the thing adjusts its speed and incline to keep my heart rate up. Nice!
  • 20 min of walking today, for a total of 115 /300 this week.
  • 3.25 mile treadmill run and 20 min recumbent bike
  • 45 minutes - Yourself! Fitness Cardio Workout
    30 minutes - Strength Training
  • 60 on elliptical.
  • Does coughing up ones lungs count as exercise? LOL! Hopefully I can get back on the exercise track next week, the Wonderful dude of my life passed on some sort of flu-like bug, isn't he sweet? sigh....
