162.5 .... honestly these 1000 calorie workouts daily are killing me lol but losing half a pound a day is awesome!!! :-)

I got down to 164.4 now back up to 167... I keep gaining and losing the same few pounds. I only have myself to blame to much snacking.

Lost my first 2 pounds, so as of this morning I'm 168.1! So I'm joining you all! Really hope I never see the 170's again, although for me the goals are a little different as we weigh in kilograms here.

I officially hate my scale! I've picked up almost a pound! What on earth is my body running on? It sure ain't food - it's not getting much of that! Aw well, I guess it's a hard session at the gym this afternoon to beat it into submission.
