Well, thinking about the March goals got me inspired to up things just a bit, so instead of 30 + 5 colldown on the treadmill, I went for 35 + 5. I also did 5 minutes on the elliptical. So that makes today 45 minutes and my February total 910.

The new group total is 10,368 + 45 = 10,413

okay, I cannot remember if it was Thursday or Friday I did another hour at the gym. Saturday I signed up my son and daughter-in-law on my account and my mother and brother joined on her account at my gym. So Sunday I worked out with my mom and brother. Spent about 40 minutes (not counting this) showing my mom how to use everything then while my brother did raquetball and the hot tub, I worked out for an hour.

So that is 2 hours of gym time for me to add for last week.

10,413 + 120 = 10,533 hours.

Well, it's not quite March yet, darn it! lol...I'm wanting to tackle that 700 minutes! I did 25 mins "Dance off the Inches" tonight, while I'm waiting for Andrew to get here from work...so...

10,533+25=10,558!!

And also makes 625 mins for me in February!

I did OK today. I am still happy with the reduced time on cardio pieces, which is fine. I'm not sure the weight is going to like it, but at least it is better for me mentally at the moment. I did manage a little extra on the home gym because the timer went just as I was getting into things.

So... 25 mins on treadmill in morning, 25 mins on bike in afternoon/evening and 15 mins of resistance training.

Personal Goal... 30 + 65 = 95 mins above goal of 2050

Group Total... 10,558 + 65 = 10,623

Hope we all move lots in March!

I wasn't good about keeping my tallies up here in the thread...I kept meaning to sit down & enter all my little post-it notes (& what ever else I could find to write on ...cats were getting worried I might write on them). Tallied it up today- didn't meet my goal of 500 minutes, but 381 minutes isn't bad either for my first month. Who knows, maybe it will be higher by the end of the day

Group total: 10,623 + 381 = 11,004

WooHoo!!! We broke 11-thousand!

Hi All,

Well I wasn't going to, but I managed to exercise today, yay me, so... I have 30 minutes of Salsasize to add to the group total.

Group Total = 11,004 + 30 = 11,034

I got a new dance dvd today at Best Buy called "Crunch: Cardio Dance Blast", and tried it out. Did 17 minutes, and it kicked my a$$! LOL!!! It was quite a bit harder than Dance off the Inches, but it's a challenge, and a lot of fun. Only managed 5 mins on the treadmill after that...ugh. But makes 23 mins for me today.

11,034+25=11,059

And brings my February total to 648 minutes!!! WOOOOOOO!!!!!

Tonight I did 35 minutes on the treadmill and then came home and did 15 mintues of weights/toning. That makes my final total for February 960 minutes, and I did some form of exerciese every day this month. I can barely believe it.

The group total is now 11,059 + 50 = 11,109!

Wow, over 11,000 minutes! This is great! I want to see us over 12000 next month -- 200 hours.

I am sick but did my back exercises the past couple of days, 20 mins (MEETING MY MONTHLY GOAL).

The group total is now 11,109 + 20 = 11,129!
