Happy Monday girls!! A quick post from me as I my brain is fried after a busy, busy morning. It's the first day of school for us and juggling four kiddos with three different lesson plans...OY!! Everyone is finished, except my middle who is working on his journal entry (saved the best for last her told me). He will also have another math lesson to do before bed, so hopefully that gets done without argument or attitude.

Speaking of attitude...it appears my scale has ditched his attitude. Good thing too, he was wearing my last nerve!

Well, I was going to change my goal for this month, but if Scale keeps cooperating, I'll leave it alone.

Aug 2 (sun): 186 - after 10.1miles that i did the day before.

Aug 5 (wed): 185.6
Aug 7 (fri): 185 (on my 24 fasting mode)
Aug 8 (sat): 183.8 (after 24 hr fast)

Hey ladies. Thanks for the well wishes lovemylife! Frack it was one heck of a day. TOM giving me grief during training etc. when I got home I was exhausted BUT the boys were fed, laundry started and a quick run to stupid Walmart for a few extra school supplies and then I took my butt to the greenway and kicked out almost 4 miles. And I feel better than I did when I got home. It's really time for TOM to be weaning off, so I'm still waiting to see a real number on the scale. In any case, I hope you guys had a great on-plan day!! Good luck!

Shaking head.... OK, I had "one" higher day... 1500 calories. That should be a close to break even day... not a one pound gain day.... Has to be hormones and me following my "usual" plan before perimenopause struck me. As no way is this fat gain. I know that... just means I'll see HUGE drops in a bit, right? RIGHT!!!

So I didn't do the greatest at the malt shop. One of my friends wasn't able to make it due to a work emergency so it was just a one-on-one with my other friend. That was great and so much fun!! But I was planning on my two friends splitting things like a malt and basket of fries, and then me just stealing some bites from them. Well it ended up with me splitting them with her. I only went a little over my plan so that's not bad. But I do regret having half of the malt. It tasted good but it's resparked all of my carb cravings. Now I just want SUGAR! Lots and lots of sugar!!! Last night was a real struggle. I ended having to satisfying my cravings with popsicles and then just cutting myself off from food for the night since I wasn't hungry, just craving.

Hello everyone

Raining: I'm with you, I have been so good and each day I think the scale will be down but it's stuck

I started working with heavier weights about 2 weeks ago and My losses usually slow down when I first start. I am going to keep on keeping on and hopefully I'll see a whoosh soon.
