Today was a good day. So far my cravings have been SEVERE, but I'm empowered by the willpower I have and I've been able to continue on. Every time a craving gets intense, I just down some water. I will get to my goal, I will make sure of it! I'm leaving 200 pounds in the dust! Hello 190s, hope we aren't acquainted for long!

Lovelyleah: I know what you mean, that's what would happen to me on any normal diet, that's why I went low/no carbs, you see progress so much faster, but it's really hard. Hang in there just think, you are still 2 pounds lighter than when you started
