Today I hit my 4% of my body weight goal. for it still being week 1, I think that's amazing! I am going on a picnic with my family and we USUALLY get unhealthy food for a picnic (SONIC!) but I have to resist the urge and settle for a protein shake and a salad >.< I will appreciate this down the road though.
