Rest day, eaten up in its entirety by cleaning the entire house (hey, that has to burn some calories) and wedding, wedding, wedding.
In case anyone cares, we have 83 days left.

There isn't enough room for a wedding ticker. I'm leaning into the "red" signature zone already.
Again on Sunday, more wedding madness. But I am back at it today - 45 min LB/abs, will follow with cardio this afternoon

yahooo!!! Got in almost 4 miles today!!! And to think I almost talked myself out of walking outside! That for me is the hardest part when it is cold out, man, just looked outside and it is a good thing I walked when I did, appears to be an old-fashioned kind of blizzard out there now! Sorry i got side tracked, anyway, the hardest thing for me is to actually take the first steps, when I am out there I am loving it!!!

30 min "bonus" run (once again, it was used as an excuse to get my afternoon americano. I figure that if I'm going to spend 2.15 per day on espresso, I'd better do something to earn it...yesterday was cleaning out the car and taking it to be washed. Today was running to the store to purchase it)
