OK finally getting a chance to post. Last week I only worked out twice, Monday run 5.2 and Thursday treadmill speedwork 3.8. Thats it. Oh and yoga on monday.
This week I ran monday (4.25)
gym on tuesday - bike 45 min and weights 40 min
ran speedwork today - 3.0 miles - hopefully yoga tonight.
