I walked 2 miles outside, I have 1 more mile to do inside, ( it was getting dark and I live in the country too hard to be seen). I really feel much better after I exercise, I was getting grumpy today cuz I thought I wasn't going to walk outside, then, I realized I would feel much better if I walked, ( it is also getting to be a grumpy time of the month for me...)

walked 2 miles outside, with 8 yr old in tow,... not a good idea having 8 yr old in tow, he TALKS!!!!!LOL, I am not used to talking and walking at the same time....

I took a break from cardio today, but I did a 60 minute bodysculpting class. Tomorrow is my group run!

I walked a little over 2 miles today, the wind picked up and it was horrible walking!! Then, like every morning and evening, I hauled hay for 10 horses...
