  • ok, I wimped out, too darn cold to walk outside today, I walked the Evening Mile with Leslie Sansone instead.... feel bad about not walking outside now though...addicted already I guess...
  • Had a great run on Tuesday in -23c, I love the cold weather... During my run I was feeling nauseous and later that evening I came down with a bout of the stomach flu... I didn't workout yesterday and I won't today because I am still feeling a little weak... But it is an absolute gorgeous day today so I may change my mind later on, I'll see how I feel...
  • I get to leave the house today!!!!! I'm heading to the gym and may actually run on dreadmill for awhile. Still too icy to run outside. We've been bouncing around freezing now for 3 days...thaw a little, refreeze...thaw...freeze. Freaking ice.
  • 60 min UB/abs
    50 min mixed cardio (30 on the elliptical, 20 on the stairclimber)

  • ran yesterday, only 40 min on dreadmill, but I did a speed workout.

    whole family is sick today and I have that oogy feeling I get when I am fighting it off so resting today

    I went to the gym and did a 50 min back/bicep workout ... I love weight training ... I realised today that I have been weight training for 22 years OYE!!
  • Ilene - I have incredibly sympathy for people with food poisoning. The worst travel experience of my life involved severe food poisoning, two plane trips, the "seatbelt" sign remaining on, and six, count them six, airsickness bags. So I definitely feel your pain...glad you're feeling better!
  • yesterday: rest day
    today: 50 min treadmill (2.5 miles of running; the rest walking)
  • I'm still here!! Got to walk about 3 miles outside this evening! I really love winter when there is no wind!! Aroudn 18 degrees F here in balmy Minnesota! Looking forward to walking during the day tomorrow!

  • Cardio and weights with Gilad, weights for arms, pilates and yoga.
  • 1 mile group run
  • Trudged through the snow to get to the gym. Did 30 minutes and 2 laps on the track.
