to Exercise once again luckyducky... You just have to plan it then do it ... Keep your equipment (walking/running shoes) at the ready and even it you don't have time to do all of the 3 miles do something, it's 1000% better than nothing...
Did 3 miles on the treadmill and 15-20 minutes on the Total Gym. Having to ease back into the exercise; two months off is a long time! Hope everyone is doing well!
Ilene - I need some of your legs mojo - they are the HARDEST for me to motivate myself to do.
My trick is to vary my leg workout every week. I get workouts from magazines. I got the Special Glutes issue from Oxygen and I love that issue for great ideas on leg workouts.... It's an older magazine... you can order it though...
Just got done 3 miles in 48 minutes on the treadmill. Aiming for 3 miles in 45 minutes. Will probably take me forever! I'm hoping that the C25K program will help with this. Will also take the dog out for a 1.5 mile walk later today.
