Hi all, I too am new to this site. Just starting my current weight loss journey (another one). Trying to decide how best to go about it. I've tried just about everything out there WW, NutriSys, keto, paleo etc. and had various degrees of success but nothing I could stick to. Anyone have any suggestions for what has helped them going term?

I went with WW and tried to stick with it as much as I could, and I did get the result that I wanted. I also engaged in some activities that kept me active, like dancing. I've been doing it for a year now, and I've lost 60 pounds.

I’ve lost around 10kg so far! It’s been a mix of intermittent fasting and HGH therapy, which has really helped with fat loss and recovery. If you're curious, I’ve been using Genotropin—check out the results here: Medzone Clinic.

I'm currently down 20 pounds from my high weight but I've been on this site for years and I think when I joined I was in the 180s, still wanted to lose about 60 pounds then, ended up gaining even more weight up to over 200. I might have posted on this thread before. Hoping to get down to at least below 190 by my December doctor's appointment.
