I'm going steady at 176 this week, though I'm on track. I have weeks like this though... drop 2 or 3 pounds in a week then hold steady for one or two. Body shifting. Not too discouraged. I think I'm getting the hang of this weight loss thing
Getting started again after the summer holidays. Imagine my surprise that (without working out for the last 2 months and drinking soda) I lost 10 pounds this summer SO this morning I weighed in at 175
Ah I am frustrated. I haven't even weighed in because I don't trust the scales at my boyfriend's place haha. They're like.. 20 years old and everytime I bend a little to try and better read where the needle is placed, it shuffles around! I'm going to guess that I'm still around the same weight, hopefully down .5 of a kilogram? Won't have an official weight until Wed morning most likely.
