I can hardly wait to get finished with work so I can head off to the gym. It has been a while, so I'm going to have to ease back in. When I was on top of my game I'd workout really hard for an hour....to ease back in do you think I should work really hard for 30 minutes, or moderately hard for the full hour? I'm thinking I should stick with the hour....

Workouts - 1hr @ gym, 4 days per week + 1 day of 1-3 additional hours of recreational activity (rollerblading, tennis, biking, hiking, etc.). On each of my two rest days I'll take a 1-2 mile leisurely walk.
Diet - less than 10000 calories per week, 1300-1600 per day. 80oz water. Only 1 snack per day (mid-afternoon).
Misc - No less than 7hrs of sleep. Journal everything.
