  • Hello Everyone!!! I am officially 175lbs. I am soooo excited, my weightloss is slow. But I know I will make goal.
  • ughhh....173.8..what is going on????? I mean I've been eating right but I haven't been able to exercise b/c i kinda injured my knees (getting a little tooo low last sat night haha)...sheeshhh there goes my halloween challenge
  • 169.4 today. I'll stick around a while to be safe before I head over to the 160s thread.

    Cat eyes - don't give up! Perhaps you could try to do some low impact exercises. When I'm not feeling up to running or whatever, I turn on some music and throw some punches. It gets my heart rate up, and at least it's something!
  • I am officially moving to the 170's thread Got on the scale this morning and weighed in at 179.8 barely in the 170's but ...hey it is the 170s! LOL. Hopefully this decade goes by faster than the 180's went.
  • 170.6! I'm totally gonna destroy the 170's this week!
  • Any certain trends going on in the 170s? Please tell me everyone is getting out of this decade pretty fast lol.
  • Thank you everyone for the advice you gave me the other week! I finally had the scale budge!!! And I have made it to 166!!!!! I will see you guys in the 160 thread soon!!!!!! Keep up the good work everyone!

  • YAY! I weighed in at 174.6 this morning after a pretty large pasta dinner last night so I'm really happy

    I'm hoping to be out of the 170's withing 3 weeks!!
  • Ok I just got in the 170's and ita already feels like it's dragging by! How fast has it gone by for some of yall that have gotten in the lower 170's already!??
  • 170.8 this morning. I'm sure moving slowly. Hahaha, then again, I didn't expect this journey to be fast, especially when I just "seriously" started last week.
  • I keep bordering on 170. I want to be 169 by the end of this month I can do it as can all of you ladies!
  • Ugh..got on scale and it weighed me at 180.0 -- maybe I should start weighing in once a week...it's just so hard to stay away from the scale..

    that reallly made me feel good and now I dont feel so bad not having worked out all of last week...yay lol
