Hello everyone! After quite a few big whooshes this week I made it into the 170's! I weighed in at 177.0 this morning and now I can't wait to see the 160's!

Just weighed myself after a month of visiting my in-laws.. I totally thought I gained weight (I was 177 when I left). I'm 173.8.. Totally in shock! I can't believe I'm so close to the 160s

Hey everyone! I've recently started posting here again, after having put on weight and gone back into the 170s (groan!), I'm desperate to get out again! I'd love to be in the 160s by September! Today I weigh 174lbs.

KayNicole - Thank you! Me too! I had never been in a plateau for that long before...but I'm sure its not going to be the last time either. Since *TOM* ended I've seen non stop loss in my weight which is great, but kind of scary!

I wanna join in on this. I'm sitting at 178.5 and so ready to move out. Sadly I won't have anytime to really exercise this week because it's my last week at my part time job, and tax free weekend where EVERYbody has to work. Next week hopefully will be a breakthrough for me with my progress.

Hey everyone! I am just moving in from the 180's room. I fluctuated for so long between 180 and 182 that I was hesitant until I had 3 solid days at 179. Well I only needed 2 days before I went to 178! So here I am now, hoping to be close to leaving this room by the end of the month.
