77kg this morning - 169.7 pounds. I'll stick around here until it's official later in this coming week - and then I'll move to the 160's thread! Eep!

Congrats, Rainbowstripe! We'll all be joining you soon, I'm sure

I'm up to 174 today, but considering I worked out yesterday and ate on plan, I'm not worried. Just annoyed!

Popping in. I've moved from 177 to my current weight fairly quickly but I was stuck in the 177-179.9 range for what felt like forever, and I am so ready to say so long to the 170S!

Just did my WW weekly weigh in and I'm 177.4 lbs. It's a bit higher than I was earlier in the week, but I am retaining some water since that time of the month is right around the corner. Hopefully I can be 175lbs by next week, but I will still be happy if I reach it by the end of this month. I'm hoping to really increase my water intake this week to counteract the bloat and water retention. I hope it works.

174.0 AGAIN today. My pattern is to drop 2 pounds, go up one, plateau for a day or three, then drop 2 again. So here's hoping that tomorrow it moves!

Hey fatmac, thanks for the encouragement! I haven't weighed again yet - I weigh "officially" on Wednesdays and Fridays - so I guess tomorrow I'll have to update as to whether I'm officially in the 160's or not!

Anyone else get REALLY FRUSTRATED when their weight isn't budging AT ALL? I do. And at the moment, I am very frustrated.

It's been like a week since my weight moved anywhere (it's hovering around 172.4-172.6 or so). Every morning it's the same. I'm on plan with my meals, going to the gym everyday, and on top of that walk at least 40 minutes a day going to classes.

I know it's probably water weight (it is around the end of my TOM) but I guess I haven't had enough TOMs during my weight loss journey to really know what that looks like. It's just irritating. I want out of the 170s.

Anyone have any tips for getting my weight to move once my TOM is officially over? (should be around tomorrow).

176! Slow and steady wins the race!

Lianna - I have no tips for you other than drink lots of water! It will help your body rid itself of any bloat. Still, if it's only been a week since you've seen any change, don't stress! Your body is probably just adjusting - you'll see a loss soon!

Hi everyone! Joining the thread, just jumping back into the weight loss plan after baby #2. Weighed in at 179 today so I guess this is where I belong! I am hoping to make it out of the 170's by Halloween, we'll see if I can make that happen. Good luck, everyone!

And now, 172.4!

I really, really, really want to see 169 by Wednesday (going home to visit the rents). Pretty please, scale gods?

174.5... that would be over halfway there! This weekend was a gongshow food-wise so I'm going to start this week with renewed vigour!

Hi everyone! This is my first time posting in here...the scale had been giving me numbers in the 170s for a few days, but I wanted to be sure before I left the 180s thread...178.0 as of this morning! I can't WAIT to be out of the 170s...for my height, 169 means moving out of the "obese" BMI range and into "overweight"
